When I tried to sell my first home, I had real problems. No matter what I did, I just couldn't get a buyer to commit to the sale. After a while, I contacted a real estate agency and asked for help. I didn't know what to expect when I turned up at the office but I was pleased to discover that the agent was really helpful and knowledgable. He recommended that I adjust the asking price and that I take out ads in different places. I sold the property the next week and I was so happy. Since then, I have worked closely with the real estate agent to buy and sell other properties.
